Please note that these lasers have the gold one-piece metal shroud for a cover and there is no shutter wheel as it was removed in the original application. Other case styles may be available. :) (The cover and front plate can always be transferred from your defective laser if desired.) Although not shown in the photos, standard metal feet are included.

Since lasers such as the 5517 may be used in demanding aplications, the following 180 day warranty shall apply:

• First 10 days: If the laser fails to meet HP/Agilent specifications for the 5517B, buyer may opt for 100 percent refund, free repair, or replacement (if available). The laser may be returned for any other reason including that the case color doesn't match your decor for a 90 percent refund.

• Next 80 days: If the laser fails to meet HP/Agilent specifications for the 5517B, free repair or replacement will be provided, or 90 percent refund of purchase price if repair or replacement is not possible.

• Next 90 days: If the laser fails to meet HP/Agilent specifications for the 5517B, free repair or replacement will be provided, or 75 percent refund of purchase price if repair or replacement is not possible.

After 180 days, repair will be available on a time/materials basis.

Warranty void if failure resulted from improper installation, incorrect power wiring or voltages, lack of cooling, physical shock, being run over by a 10 ton truck, dropped down a flight of stairs, etc. Warranty excludes shipping.
